Health Care Justice Campaign
Send a Clear Message to Your State Legislator!

(Click the image to order your postcards)
Join our statewide postcard campaign! This fall, tens of thousands of Illinoisans will send a clear message to their state legislators. As we enter the Fall election season, we’ll be hearing a lot of rhetoric that all our elected officials in Springfield “support healthcare reform.” But for the past two years they’ve embraced a "Do Nothing” policy. The excuse that many legislators too often use is “I’m not hearing from my constituents.”
Let’s put that to rest once and for all! It’s time to raise our voices to demand accessible, affordable, guaranteed health care for all! Give these postcards to your family, friends, co-workers and neighbors. Ask them to fill the cards out and mail them to Springfield.

The next President will determine whether healthcare reform is a national and state venture, or if the states are once again on their own.
Either way, members of the Illinois General Assembly must step up to the plate and pass comprehensive healthcare reform next year. Working together, we can send a message to Springfield: we need accessible, affordable, guaranteed health care and we need it now!
